  • Grappling/Boxing – Have you always thought of yourself as a Mike Tyson in the making? If so, test your skills at these classes, between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm on Saturdays. Mackie Willis and David Parsons will teach self-defense and martial arts for free.
  • Clogging – Are you free between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays? If so, meet with Penny Sloan to enjoy free advanced tap dancing.
  • TOPS – Want to lose some weight and drop a dress size? Taking Off Pounds Sensibly helps you to do just that. Judy and Beverly will lead the free class between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Thursdays.
